• Travfx.com will not be responsible for any fraudulent transaction executed through us by forge or unlawful information or transactions executed by forged information’s. User will be solely responsible for such action and liable to regulatory actions
• The Customer further confirms that the foreign exchange released for the above-mentioned purpose will be used within 180 days of purchase. In case it is not possible to use within 180 days, same will be surrendered to an Authorised Person. The Customer also declares that he/she is not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or related to any PEP.
• NO Direct Cash Deposits into our bank account is permitted and entire amount shall be forfeited forthwith.
• All basic required documents are mandatory. FormA2, Card Application forms etc needs to be submitted for every transaction in addition to any other document as prescribed by RBI. Please note that the total foreign exchange that can be obtained/ remitted during the Financial Year under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme is currently USD 250,000. Hence any application for release/remittance of Foreign exchange through all sources, including the current application needs to be within the said overall limit prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India and that the source of funds for making the said remittance is out of the customer’s own funds
• Doorstep delivery would be subjected to a service charge ranging from Rs. 100 till Rs. 1000 depending on the location and amount of foreign exchange requested. Forex delivery would be executed from Mon – Saturday (10am till 5pm) except Sundays and Bank Holidays. We reserve the right to the changes in delivery terms of forex as it may be deemed to be necessary.
• Travfx would deliver currencies wherever they have servicing / partner’s locations
• All documents are mandatory. FormA2, LRS and reload forms needs to be submitted for every transaction in addition to any other document as prescribed by RBI
• Complete payment needs to be processed within 30 minutes of placing the order or else the rates will be applicable as and when the complete payment and documentation is received
• The foreign exchange so obtained shall not be used for any prohibited purposes as laid down by the RBI in its Directions issued from Time to time including under the PMLA, 2002.The Customer further declares that the transaction details of which are mentioned in the application does not involve, and is not designed for the purpose of any contravention or evasion of the provisions of the FEMA, 1999 or of any Rule, Regulation, Notification, Direction or Order made there under.
• The Customer agrees that once the funds remitted by him/her have been transmitted by TravFx (through AD Bank) to the correspondent and/or beneficiary banks abroad, TravFx shall not be responsible for any delays in the disbursement of such funds including the withholding of such funds by the correspondent and/or beneficiary bank. The Customer agrees that once the funds are remitted, intermediary bank charges may be levied by the correspondent and/or beneficiary banks, which may vary from bank to bank and that in the event the transaction is rejected by the correspondent and/or beneficiary bank because of incorrect information submitted by him/her, any charges levied by the beneficiary bank or exchange losses incurred in this connection, would be borne by the Customer who would be liable to pay the same to TravFx
• We are headquartered in Chennai, and service is provided pan-India through our partner who is an RBI-authorised forex agent. All transactions are executed by this authorised dealer, and Forex will be delivered only after in-person KYC and verification of original documents to the satisfaction of the authorised dealer.
• The source of fund for making the purchases/remittances on this site belong to the applicant and the foreign exchange shall not be used for prohibited purposes.
• We don’t accept coins for encashment.
• Encashment of currency notes will be executed after verification by our partners for the condition/validity of notes. The transaction can be denied / cancelled if the partner does not find the currency appropriate for encashment.
• Destination currency notes or denominations are subject to availability
• All taxes like GST, TCS etc and any other taxes which might be introduced by the government or ministry of finance are applicable as the case may be.
• Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using travfx website. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. • ATM WITHDRAWL CHARGES (a) ATM withdrawal Charges are specific to each bankcard. Please check the appropriate bank website for the same. General schedule of charges will also be available in the information booklet provided with the card kit.
• Card offered will be of the choice of TravFX
• ENCASHMENT All encashment will be done only in favour of cardholder, irrespective of payment being done by primary cardholder (Regulatory Norms and Standard Operating Procedures).
• DELIVERY Deliveries only to the area covered by TravFX (Mon to Sat 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM). We reserve the right to change, amend the scope of service area.
• CHANGES/UPDATES TravFX reserves the right, at our sole direction, to modify or replace these terms at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
• All funds transferred through RTGS / NEFT will be during banking hours as per terms and conditions of respective banks.
• Cut off time for payments - Transaction will be processed only after clearance of payment via RTGS / NEFT / cheque clearance
• REFUND POLICY For order cancelled on client's request or non-compliance, the amount will be refunded after a deduction of payment gateway charges. In case of orders placed through Partial payment request, order confirmation fee of 5% will not be refunded.
• Deals if any booked during the closure timings, will be processed only during next working day at the particular day’s rate.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions & disputes if any shall be contested in the courts of Chennai only.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
